We are delighted to announce its packed 2026/27 Events Calendar, bringing together players, members, supporters and the local community for a fantastic year of social events, fundraising and club celebrations.

With something for everyone. From family fun days and festive celebrations to fundraising events and club traditions, there’s plenty to look forward to throughout the season.

The year kicks off on 1st August with a Sports Day and Pizza Making, offering a brilliant afternoon for all ages before the rugby season gets underway. Later in August, the men’s first home game will be celebrated with a club BBQ, followed by the ever-popular Race Night, raising funds for the Queen Bees women’s section.

Autumn sees the return of one of the club’s favourite traditions with the Men’s Stag Dinner, before the club welcomes sponsors to a special the Sponsors’ Lunch celebrating the continued support of both the men’s and women’s teams. Halloween rounds off October with a thrilling Zombie Apocalypse Party, promising a night of fancy dress and entertainment.

As winter approaches, supporters can get involved in the Fantasy Rugby Sweepstake, which also marks the launch of the annual Christmas Raffle. December brings festive cheer with the Christmas Fayre before the winners of the Christmas Raffle are revealed after Christmas.

The new year begins with a fun-filled Quiz Night and Bingo, while February sees the club head to Challons, France, continuing the long-standing friendship between the two clubs.

Spring offers another fantastic family event with an Easter Egg Hunt and Car Treasure Hunt, before the season concludes in style with the Dinner Dance and Awards Night in May, celebrating the achievements of players, volunteers and supporters across the club.

These events are more than just dates in the diary—they are opportunities to bring the East Kilbride Rugby Club family together, welcome new faces, raise valuable funds and celebrate everything that makes the club special.
