We are very sad to announce the sudden passing on Wednesday of former club coach and player Stevie Blair. Better known as 'Biko', Stevie was head coach at East Kilbride from 1994 – 2002 notably overseeing 3 promotions and our famous National Shield win in 2000 during his tenure as coach - a glorious time in the history of EKRFC.
A product of Govan High School, Stevie also played for West of Scotland FC and gained representative honours with Glasgow. We shall pass on funeral arrangements once they are known.
Our thoughts are with Stevie’s family at this sad time.
